Directions for delivery of orders to Buyers: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and other EU countries

1. Delivery to parcel machines: Omniva, Smartpost, DPD
Finland: Itella Smartpost
The delivery time for paid goods to the Buyer is approximately 4-7 working days if the goods are in stock in Estonia.
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD
The delivery time for paid goods to the Buyer is approximately 2-5 working days if the goods are in stock in Estonia.
If the product card contains a mark indicating the availability of the product in a warehouse in Poland, then the delivery time to the postal machine specified by the Buyer for the paid product is approximately 12 - 15 working days.
The goods will be transferred to the postal service by the Seller within the next two business days from the date of payment for the goods by the Buyer.
(!) In some cases, the Order may be sent in two shipments from different warehouses.

Delivery to the address specified by the buyer - Itella, DPD
Before packaging, all ordered items are checked for completeness and functionality.
The order will be transferred to the postal service within two working days from the moment payment is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
All approvals, costs, delivery times, clarification of the delivery address (if necessary) are carried out by the Seller with the buyer via email only. Seller's email address: GrandControl@mail.ee Buyer's email address - the address specified when ordering and paying for the goods.
If the Buyer refuses the prepaid goods (order), the Seller returns the prepayment, minus 5% of administrative costs, within two business days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s request for a refund. Refund of the prepayment is possible only to the same bank account of the Buyer from which the prepayment was received.
The cost of the product (order) and its delivery does not include any mandatory additional taxes and payments from the Buyer’s state.
The buyer, a legal entity (company) wishing to pay value added tax in their state, must select “Invoice” when placing payment for the order. A new invoice will be resent to the email address provided on the original invoice.
(!) Attention: When receiving the parcel in the service delivery, the Buyer is obliged:
- check the condition of the packaging; the parcel must be sealed with tape and/or a service stamp, if it is not so or is damaged in any way then formalize this incident in accordance with the Rule delivery services and current legislation;
- in case of damage to the contents of the shipment or any shortcomings, officially register this incident in accordance with the Rules of the delivery service and the current Legislation, but no later than three working days from the date of delivery (delivery).
2. Receipt of the goods at the Seller’s office. The Buyer can pick up the paid goods at our office at the address: Estonia, Pärnu linn, tn. Jalaka. 10 -35, the entrance to the office is on the left side of the building (the neighboring building is the German College) through an iron gate and then through a glass door.
The Buyer must pre-book the date and time of receiving the goods at the Seller’s office by email: GrandControl@mail.ee indicating the last name and first name of the recipient of the goods. The Buyer's email address must correspond to the address specified when ordering the goods in the online store. The goods are issued only upon presentation of an ID card.
(!) Goods paid for from December 22, 2023 to January 3, 2024 will be sent to customers within three working days starting January 4, 2024.
